Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Plants n' Crafts! We want to ensure that your items are delivered safely and in a timely manner. Please review our simplified shipping policy below:

Shipping Schedule:

- Plants: We are only shipping plants domestically New Zealand-wide on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure their safety during transit. Orders placed after Tuesday will be scheduled for the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery may take up to 3 days unless overnight shipping was opted. Overnight shipping is recommended in shipping plants.

- Non-Perishable Products (such as plant accessories and crafty items): We aim to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days from the time of purchase. The delivery period will take 10-15 business days. We deliver all products worldwide, except for plants.

Shipping Methods and Tracking:

You will receive order confirmation emails and updates on your order status. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Plants n' Crafts

Shipping of plants is done every Monday or Tuesday to prevent from plants getting stuck in the courier centre on weekends.

Other items will be delivered immediately once payment is confirmed.

We will always make sure to pack the plant secure and safe and label it fragile. However, it will be at the buyers' risk.
